TAILO360 LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

The rules for using Tailo360 and managing your tailoring studio.

Effective and last updated: 23 August 2026

These terms apply to the Tailo360 mobile application, website and related services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Tailo360. By creating an account, joining a studio, purchasing a subscription or using the mobile app, website or related services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Tailo360 for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business or organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Tailo360 service

Tailo360 provides tools for tailoring studios to manage customers, garments, measurements, orders, schedules, invoices, payments, reports, staff access, notifications and related business records. Features may vary by device, country, account role and subscription plan. Tailo360 is a business-management tool; it is not accounting, tax, legal, medical or other professional advice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and use a mobile number or other sign-in method that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Notify Tailo360 Support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and must use Tailo360 only for lawful business purposes.

4. Studio owners, staff and permissions

A studio owner controls the studio workspace, invites or removes staff, assigns roles and determines which team members may view or change studio data. Each user must use only their own account. Studio owners are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions, reviewing access and ensuring former staff are removed. Actions taken by authorised studio members are treated as actions of the studio.

5. Customer data and your responsibilities

You and your studio decide what customer and business information is entered into Tailo360. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of customer names, contact details, measurements, photos, audio notes, orders, payment records and other content you collect or upload. You must provide required privacy notices, obtain required permissions or consent, respect customer requests and comply with laws that apply to your studio. Do not collect or upload information that is unnecessary for tailoring services.

6. Your content and licence to operate the service

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give Tailo360 a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, display, format and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the service, comply with law and carry out actions you request. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup, security and legal-retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Tailo360 to break the law; infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights; harass, deceive or harm anyone; upload malware or unlawful content; probe or bypass security; interfere with the service; access another studio without permission; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it; misuse OTP, messaging or notification systems; or use automated means that create unreasonable load.

8. Calls, WhatsApp, exports and third-party services

Tailo360 may help you call customers, open WhatsApp, share invoices, export reports or interact with services supplied by others. You choose whether to initiate those actions and are responsible for the message, recipient and information shared. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply after information is passed to the selected service. Tailo360 is not responsible for independent third-party services.

9. Subscriptions, renewal and billing

Paid plans, included features, billing periods, renewal terms, trial or promotional conditions, prices and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Mobile subscriptions are processed by Google Play and may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Tailo360 does not store your full payment-card details. Refunds, charge disputes and billing adjustments are subject to Google Play rules and applicable law. Changes to plan pricing or benefits will be communicated as required.

10. Cancellation and account deletion

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal according to Google Play rules but does not itself delete your Tailo360 account. Deleting your Tailo360 account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately in Google Play to stop future charges. A deletion request deactivates the account and schedules deletion after a 30-day recovery period. Signing in during that period restores the account. After the period ends, deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, limit or discontinue features and may release security, compatibility or legal updates. We aim to keep Tailo360 available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems, service-provider outages, emergencies or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Data accuracy, exports and backups

You are responsible for checking measurements, dates, prices, invoices, payment entries and other records before relying on them. Keep any business records or backups required by your business or applicable law. Where an export feature is available, you should export important studio information before closing an account or ending use of the service.

13. Intellectual property

Tailo360 and its software, design, branding, logo, documentation and service content, excluding content supplied by users, are owned by Tailo360 or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal tailoring-business operations while your account remains active.

14. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Tailo360, users or third parties; investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents; comply with law; address unpaid or invalid subscriptions; or respond to a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.

15. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Tailo360 is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every business requirement or that records, reminders, reports or calculations will always be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tailo360 will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, business interruption or loss caused by inaccurate information entered by users, missed reminders, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements or security needs. The current version will be available in the app and on this website. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Tailo360 operator and your use of the service, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. For legal, billing or terms questions, contact Tailo360 Support from Settings → Contact Support or email hello@tailo360.com.
